Hey guys!
If any of you reading this are an active watcher of mine, I'd firstly like to thanks you very much for following me this far! :iconamericahappyspazzplz:

The other day I was looking through some of my older work and I was very pleased to see the improvements I have made over the years to my drawing style (^_^)/
However, the moment I looked at some of the PROFESSIONAL work that is on this website, I started to consider all of the ways in which I could better improve myself.

Therefore, I decided that I am going to take a small break from any... digitally produced anime styled pictures, and focus on getting my traditionally drawn media used and improved on.
In other words, I am starting a new journal which'll focus on my journey of improvement over the next couple of months (give or take). I want to really start researching and revisiting basics and newer techniques so I can step up that little bit more! :iconyattaaplz:

However, I will continue to post on my AskAmerica account:
:iconaskamericahetalia:

And from time-to-time (if I feel a real revolution has been made) will post some of the traditional media online too.

Finally, I just want to add that I hope to upload any new tips or anything new I've learned/ re-learned onto a journal so that everyone else can see. I might even decide to do a few tutorials as practise - because I find these really helpful myself! :iconokie2plz:

So, thanks for reading this journal, and hopefully the next time you guys see my "real" work it'll be muchly improved!
(But of course, we all know the journey doesn't end there - don't we? :iconflirtwinkplz:)

You can always tell the great artists by their healthy balance of appreciation of their improvements and the improvements they can still make. And your drive to maintain discipline with traditional artwork is also a fantastic sign. You can be sure, I'm gonna keep watching!
